How to make a render in SolidWorks
Example:
Frist make sure all your surfaces have the correct texture and color.
Select Appearances, Scenes, and Decals on the right of your screen and press Appearances(color) Dragg the textures you want to your surfaces
Make sure SOLIDWORKS Visualize is enabled in the Add-Ins
select SOLIDWORKS Visualize and then press Export Simple
A new program will run, wait for it to start up.
Play with the camera and environment settings until you have something you are satisfied with.
make sure the camera angle is correct and press the Render wizard
Select the quality you want under image Presets
Go to output and fill in the file name and location
Hit Render and wait for your project to finish. Depending on your PC’s performance and set quality this could take a while.
